Charvelu Aala Niat Qabool Hayat Kakakhail was one of close friends of Colonel Khushwaqt ul Mulk, Governor of Mastuj. Many times, Charvelu Aala called on Colonel Khushwaqt ul Mulk for negotiation and mutual understanding of issues regarding Malan Shall and Shandur. Governor Mastuj always welcomed his close coordination for his constructive thoughts regarding collective benefits of Shandur and Malan Shall.
Governor Mastuj also presented him with a Sniper Rifle as a friendship gift.
On 23 May 1973, Niat Qabool Hayat Kakakhail was awarded with the Taliqa Mubarak from The Aga Khan. This taliqa was awarded to him for his meritorious services to the people of Koh-i-Ghizer especially to Ismaili Jamat.
He rendered his services for establishment of primary schools, elevate the quality of life amidst poverty, strengthen connectivity by enhancing post system and much more. Moreover, he played important role in resolving those murder cases which were pending in courts for many years.
